I have Hampton Bay fans throughtout my home. Howerev, the one in my guest bedroom, now my bedroom, is the one with the newest remote. Just before I left home to take care of my daughter after her surgery when I turned on the remote it went ‘pouf.’ The remote hasn’t worked again.

The remote is a Hampton Bay remote for fan and lights. It has: fan auto, fan timer, and a temp./set for the fan. It also has a light dimmer, tight timer, and a light delay.

Is there any warranty on t his product? I have only had it a few years, I think.

    Thanks,

I have a Hampton Bay 52″ ceiling fan model 523905 (REDINGTON IV). After replacing a blown bulb the wires supplying that bulb crossed and burned out the light control portion of the remote receiver. I have since repaired the light socket short but the light control portion of the remote control receiver does not function (the fan control does work). I would like to replace the entire receiver with a new one. How do I go about ordering a new remote receiver for this ceiling fan?

My sons both LOVE your fans and won’t change brands for anything. We have 3 and are about to install 3 more. But one is 10+ years old and doesn’t work like it used too. If I describe the fan, can you help me get another just like it (or really similar) or a kit to fix it?

4 lights that hold the bulbs: red, yellow, green, and blue

I have a neighbor that has a Hampton Bay ceiling fan. They are unable to find a blade direction reversing switch. The unit is controlled by a Hampton Bay wall switch that controls the full dome light and 3 fan speeds. The blade bracket is cone shaped and extends up to the bottom of the stem. the entire top of the unit spins. I see no place where a switch would be located on the unit. I assume it is not inside the light housing. Please advise. Thanks.

I need the bracket that holds the fan stem to the ceiling electrical box. I recently obtained an older Model HL52GV-A-3L44 Fan. I am a builder and the box had been left in storage until I got it out today to hang. It is missing that bracket.

Once again, it is the bracket that attaches to the electrical ceiling box. The short pipe and ball end rest on the bracket. The cover than covers the bracket hanging from the ceiling.

    Any help will be appreciated.
